Nearby Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Nearby”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and similar terms) respects your privacy and values the confidence of its clients, partners, and employees.

How we collect your data

We collect your personal data in a number of ways, for example:

(i) Performance of a contract with our clients

We process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which your company is a party or in order to take steps at its request prior to entering into a contract. The use of your personal information is limited to the purpose of providing the service for which your company (our customer) has engaged us.
